When will my package arrive?
First, check your tracking number that you received in your shipping confirmation email.  We only have access to the same information that tracking number provides.  Can't find that email?  Make sure you are looking in the inbox and spam folder associated with the email you used to make your purchase.
Tracking says its in transit but it's taking forever, what do I do?
Most carriers are running a little behind schedule - sometimes very behind schedule.  Certainly we can't control that.  For domestic orders, if it has taken more than 30 days for transit time and your package still isn't there, we can initiate a claim process and get a replacement headed your way.  During that time, we suggest regularly checking tracking and ensuring the shipping address you provided is correct.
How long does it take you to fulfill my order?
Generally it takes 1-2 days to fulfill orders.  If we know it will take longer, we do our absolute best to reach out right away to let you know.  We're as excited as you are to get your order in your hands!  But we are small company and sometimes we just don't have enough hours in the day to get it all done - so please bear with us and we'll do our best to exceed your expectations when the package arrives.  In some cases, the product listing will note to expect longer lead times than normal.  This could be for made-to-order items that we don't generally stock.  Please be aware of that when purchasing and know we are making this one just for you!
